Outlook 2003

Bob

I recently upgraded a laptop from Office 2000 to 2003.
All applications work fine except Outlook. When I try to
open an email, I get the following message: Can't open
this item. Out of memory or system resources. Close some
windows or programs and try again.

I don't have any other programs running, and the only
info on the MS Knowledge Base is about opening a note.

Also the MS Office is integrated with Hummingbird DOCS
Open (A Document Management software)

Thanks

Bob

Have you tried creating a new mail profile?

I removed and recreated my profile. This worked, but
when I closed and reopened Outlook and tried to open an
email, the same problem appeared
