I'm getting this error for some users who receive certain viruses as
attachments, in Outlook 2003. The e-mail does not
allow the user to receive any more e-mails into their inbox unless you
either open their e-mail using Outlook 2000 or use Web Outlook
to access their e-mail. After deleting it there, they can then receive
e-mails in Outlook 2003, until the next time it happens again.
I am wondering if there is a fix, or a patch or something that can be done
to stop this from happening. It's easy to fix, but it's getting tedious,
especially
when it happens to multiple users.
