Hello
I have Outlook 2003 (without Business Contact Manager installed) which is
part of the Office SBE running on a standalone Dell laptop running Windows XP
SP2 fully security patched. The ISP is Virgin Internet.
I have a really annoying problem when trying to add email contacts in
Outlook 2003.
Whenever I receive an email which has an address that I wish to add to my
contacts I right click on the email address and select add to contacts from
the menu options. At this point the whole of Outlook hangs and has to be
ended via the Task Manager each and every time.
I have carried out a detect/repair install and even uninstalled and
re-installed Outlook all to no avail.
Please does anyone have a solution to this problem?
Many thanks in advance.
