outlook 2003

Hi,
Everytime a user starts up outlook they get the following error that relates
to their folders.
The application or DLL c:\Program Files\Common
Files\\SYSTEM\MSMAPI\1033\mspst 32.dll is not a valid windows image
I have tried reloading outlook but that dosn't seem to work either
