Outlook 2003

When I try to open outlook it goes straight to the task bar at the bottom of
the screen and I can't maximise it.

I have 1 moniter, but can get two screens 1 x VGA and the other DVI.

Outlook is maximised on the DVI screen, however when I want to access my
emails or contacts the I ahve to switch back to the VGA screen.

What is the problem? I don't use the DVI screen, everything is on the VGA
screen.
