Is is possible to set OUTLOOK 2003 email rules with a GROP POLICY
OBJECT?

I am running a Windows 2003 domain.
All clients are Windows XP running Office 2003.
I have instaled the OUTLK11.ADM templae file but can not find and
where to setup rules.

If it is not possible to do this via GPO does anyone have other
recommendations of how to manage ths centrally?

Thanks Troy.

No, you cannot manage rules by GPO.

I can recommend using this addin for Exchange;http://www.howto-outlook.com/addins/go.php?id=mapilab_exchangerules

If you decide to order use 4PM76A8 to get a discount.

I should mention we are also not in an exchange environment.

Then there is no central environment to manage rules.
