Hi everyone,
We have 2 trusted exchange 2003sp2 organization running the interorg tools
from microsoft for sharing the free/busy calendar informations.
We have an issue with meeting request. We are using Office 2003 Sp3
Here is the scenario :
Domain A user do a meeting requesting Domain B users. Domain B user accept
the meeting and send a confirmation. As soon as User B has accepted the
meeting, the meeting requester receive the confirmation message, the attendee
(User B) appears twice in the scheduling outlook tab for users A. The
attendee appears as
require and Optionnal attendee.
This not happen if the requester select someone in the Domain A or an
external user, by exemple by using hotmail account. This happen only with
users on the trusted Domain B
Users from Domain B has been created as a contact in the Domain A to have
GAL updated and messages are forwarded to Domain B using their @DomainB email
address.
Any help is appreciate.
