I have a problem that I can't find in the KB or on the newsgroup. A few days
ago, my Outlook 2003 started exhibiting strange behavior. When I close the
program, the icon in the notification area remains. If I click on it, nothing
happens. If I try to restart Outlook from the Start Menu, I get an hourglass
for about a second and nothing else happens. Checking the running programs,
Outlook is not listed but Outlook. exe is on the list of running processes.
When I shutdown, I get the "Outlook is Running and is not responding" message
and must tell the system to kill it manually.
Any ideas?????
Thanks,
Bob
