Outlook 2007/2003 features not supported by Blackberry

I don't use a Blackberry but many of my corporate and government clients do.
I have not been able to find any resources detailing which Outlook features
are not supported by BB. Specifically, does a BB support color-coding, rules,
and color categories (labels and categories in Outlook 2003). Any links or
quick answers are very appreciated!
