Outlook 2007 99% processor

Hello,

As I work throughout the day using Outlook 2007, periodically i have to
force close Outlook because it takes up 99% of my processor. I identify this
in the processes tab in task manager. I am using Windows XP Professional.
This happens most often when I reply or forward an email in my sent items,
try to forward or work out of my calendar, work in my journal, or sometimes
even my tasks. It has happened when working from a new email in my inbox,
but mostly from the above areas.

Do you have any recommendations?

Thank you,
Charles

Does this same thing happen if you start Outlook is safe mode? If not, then
it's likely one of your add-ins is the real culprit.
