Please read the whole thing, the fix given by Microsoft in my case does not
work.
I cannot get the rule having to do with E-mail received from a certain
account to work. MIcrosoft does have a "fix" which essentially states to
delete the existing rule and re-careate it, however I have done this multiple
times with the same problem. Ihave several POP accounts (7 actually) and for
years this worked fine, and only recently did the account rule stop working.
It happened about the same time that I installed Norton 360, with Spam
Control, but even turning that off did not help. I've uninstalled and
re-installed outlook 2007 and it still does it. I'm using Vista Ultimate,
and have updated all rules to the "new version" of rules. I'd appreciate any
help, and since I haved problems getting into this forum, if you could answer
me at (e-mail address removed), I'd appreciate it.
THANK YOU
