I have the NetDocuments Insert option under my Add-Ins menu in a new e-mail.
When I access Outlook and create the first e-mail, it has the Add-Ins menu at
the top. However, every other e-mail does not have the Add-Ins menu. If I
restart Outlook, it's back for the first e-mail. Why is it disappearing?
