Outlook 2007 An extention failed to initialize

each time I start Outlook 2007 I get a box that says, "An extention failed to
initialize". I click OK and the box closes and I can work in Outlook, but
this is annoying.
any help would be appreciated,

If you pick Help | Disabled Items, do you see anything other than:

ShowSenderPhotutlookAddin.Connect

Other than that, the only thing I can think of is to delete the file named
extend.dat under your OS user profile. Delete/rename this file while
Outlook is closed as it will rebuild it the next time it starts based on
information found in the registry.
