outlook 2007 and access to additional mailboxes..

Hello -

I have a need for a manager to access another user's exchange mailbox
including inbox/deleted/sent. I added the manager with full rights to the
other user's mailbox and can get to the inbox via "other user's folder"

I had to do this a long time ago, and was able to get the other user's
exchange account to show up on the left side of the outlook screen (like
when you add a 2nd account for imap or something) , but I cant remember how
to do it.

can someone point me in the right direction?
