Outlook 2007 and activesync 4.2

I have recently encountered a problem with Outlook 2007 SP1 and Activesync
4.2 build 4876. I can no longer sync a recurring appointment if I have
updated one occurrance of it. for example, if i add a note to one of the
occurrances I can no longer sync any occurrance. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the help. I had tried installing 4.5 befoore but it didn't work.
Turns out I was out of room on the hard drive. Now I have fixed two
problems! thanks again!
