Good day,
Using Windows XP and Office 2007.
A user has access to three different mailboxes, including her own. She is
trying to archive emails contained in one folder under one of the mailboxes
(not her main), but she keeps getting error messages to the effect that a
folder has already been created, etc.
Could this be due to the fact that this mailbox is also synchronizing with a
BlackBerry?
Not familiar yet with Office 2007, so any help will be gladly appreciated!
