Outlook 2007 and cryptoex cant see the text in the body of a email

Hello, we are testing Outlook 2007 and cryptoex cant see the text in the body
of a email. I receive the encrypted email fine, I can see the subject and if
it has a attachment I can see and open it as well. However, ALL the text in
the body is gone. Its showing a blank body.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

We use CryptoEX

ok i got a little farther. If I dont use Cached Exchange Mode, I can read
the encypted messages. We need to be able to use Cached Exhcnage Mode
though. Anyone got suggestions onto why we can read encrypted email while in
Cached Exchange mode?
