Outlook 2007 and exchange server

I need to turn off the "remover from server" option in outlook 2007 but I
cannot remember wher to do it. I need to leave my e-mails on the server for
45 days.

Are you using POP3? if you use Exchange mailbox, the mail is left on the
server until you delete it.
