Outlook 2007 and MS Mail

I'd like to continue using MS Mail with Outlook 2007 but I don't understand
why some machines have no problems running MS mail but others I get a
MINET.ECF error. Running repair does not seem to fix the problem. Any idea
how to work around this problem?
