Outlook 2007 and Multiple IMAP Accounts

I apologize if this has been asked before but after searching through
the archives for an answer, I'm coming up blank.

I have multiple IMAP accounts that I would like to consolidate in
Outlook 2007 under one user profile so that I can monitor the accounts
at the same time. (Switching profiles every 30 seconds isn't an
option.) Is it possible to set up Outlook to do this? If so, how?

When I have attempted this in the past, Outlook will list all of the
accounts in the Folder Pane and then the minute it attempts to synch
with the IMAP server(s) it closes all but one of the IMAP accounts.
