Outlook 2007 and PFBackup not working

Outlook backup 2007 issue

I have installed pfbackup on a system with Outlook 2007
After rebooting the system I see the "backup" selection available from the
"File" menu list.
I click on it and select my location for the file backup
I click on the button to save and am give the standard message that a backup
will start when I exit Outlook

This is the problem .... nothing happens on my exit. No Backup.
I restart Outlook and now the option for "backup" under the File menu is
missing

I have run the standard run command to reregister the outbak.dll file in the
Office 12 directory. It give me a message that it completed sucessfully. But
still no option for backup under the file menu.
If I reboot the system completely, I get the option list for backup under
the file menu, but start all over again with it not working.....
Not sure what to possibly try next...
Any help would be appreaciated.

This is a windows XP Pro OS

Thank you for your response. I have changed the startup options using
Msconfig and it is either 1. BlueTooth or 2"setpoint"
Once I disable on startup, the pfbackup process runs fine.
