Outlook 2007 and proxy authentication

Hi

I have recently loaded microsoft outlook 2007 and it will not allow me to
syncronise my hotmail messages due to the proxy settings at my intsitutions.
I can send and recieve POP3 messages however i cannot syncronise my hotmail
account. My proxy does require a password authentication to access the
internet. Can you advise me how i can remedy this?
