OUtlook 2007 and Windows Vista

We are unable to reply to our messages. When we type the response and hit
send the email comes back as undeliverable. Dont know what to do?

Care to post one of the non-delivery reports? (Be sure to mask the username
portion of any addresses it contains, but keep the domain intact.)
