Outlook 2007 "Appropriate Permissions" won't send/receive

Outlook 2007 has been working on my Vista system for quite some time.
Yesterday every time I try to send/receive (Manual or times auto) a message
is displayed that says... "You don't have appropriate permission to perform
this operation" ... I have run Outlook diagnostics and there were no problems
found...

I have to log into GMAIL with MS IE and thta gets old... Please help...
