OUTLOOK 2007 - Attachment - stop working ...

using OUTLOOK 2007 with BCM -
try to add an Attachment - and then get this ...

A problem has caused program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close programme and will notify you if solution is found.

HELP PLEASE !!!
