outlook 2007 auto signature to specific recipient

I understand this was not possible with earlier versions of Outlook but I was
wondering if I am now able to setup some kind of auto select feature in
Outlook 2007 to pick specific signatures for specific recipients. And no, I
don't / can't change between HTML & Rich Text formats etc.
If the answer is no, is this something MS are looking at for future versions??

Signatures are account-specific, not recipient-specific. Since an account
with its associated mail address is your "identity" the the recipient, it
makes little sense to send different signatures to different people using
one account.

I don't know the answer, but it would surprise me a lot if they were.
