We recently upgraded to Office2007 and have been recieving complaints about
peoples mailboxes suddenly emptying. It seems that if a user signs on to
another computer and opens Outlook all of the mail in thier mailbox is copied
to a local PST, thus making it unavailable from OWA or thier home desktop.
Is this PST being created on the fly? How do I disable the PST creation when
the auto-setup happens? All mail should really stay on the server and I'm
unsure of why local delivery to a PST is happening. Our server environment
is still Exchange 2003.
