Outlook 2007 automatically creates recurring appointment

We're using Outlook 2007 with Business Contact manager. Whenever we edit an
appointment and click the "save and close" button, the appointment becomes
recurring even though it was created as a single event. If we create the
appointment and File > Save and then close using the close (X) button, it's
fine. Whenever we create or edit and use "Save and Close," it becomes
recurring. The only way we can "remove" the recurrence is to set it to
"once" (bogus) or delete the appointment and start over.

Any suggestions?

Dude, you got a Dell?? If yes, look under Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and remove Cyberlink Outlookaddinsetup.
