Outlook 2007 BCM on Terminal Server

I have seen conflicting information about whether Outlook 2007 with BCM
(purchased through open license) can be installed on a Windows 2003 terminal
server. I found information that says that it won't work because Outlook
can't run in cached mode in terminal services which is required by Outlook
2007 BCM. Can you please clarify whether this configuration will work.
