does anyone - especially from MSFT, have a definitive view as to whether MSFT
will fully support BCM/email marketing service going forward? or will the
emphasis be on MS Dynamic CRM as a service? it doesn't appear that there are
many happy clients using BCM currently, correct? getting any direction from
MSFT on BCM/EMS is worse than finding needles in haystacks.
