Outlook 2007 Beta 2 - Crash on Second Message

In beta 1 refresh and now Beta 2 - I can reply to a message once (or open a
new Message window) and then if I try to repeat and do another reply (or open
a new Message window) Outlook throws the Error have to close dialog and
restarts itself. Has anyone run into this issue? I know it is Beta software
and I figured Beta 2 might have fixed this issue from Beta 1 refresh.
Anyway, any help or suggestions would be appreciated ... gets tiring to have
to wait for outlook to restart each time i want to write a new message.

Beta 2 works fine for me (with html enabled) - I had to read in plain text
to reduce the crashes in B1R.

Did you uninstall the refresh and reboot?

Make a new profile? Run /cleanviews?

If you were using the Beta 1 TR release you're probably a private beta
tester. In that case, you should probably post in the private beta
newsgroups or submit a bug. Things posted in the public newsgroups probably
won't make it to the beta team quickly

This is caused by Adobe Acrobat Professional 6.0. If you remove the it
(or the add-in to Outlook) things should return to normal.

I am experiencing the same issue. Please help me by not only telling us the
"what" (the error message we receive is satisfactorily explanatory) but the
"why." Why is Microsoft Outlook 2007 Beta 2 not compatible with Adobe
Acrobat Professional 6.0.5? Will Outlook 2007 be compatible with Adobe
Acrobat Professional 6.0.5?

Hi Mark,

You should rather say that Adobe Acrobat Professional's Outlook plugin
is not compatible with Outlook 2007 Beta 2. In this case, the problem is
with the Adobe plugin and not with Outlook. Even when they work, the
Adobe Outlook & Office plugins are rather crappy. With Office 2007, the
Outlook plugin crashes Outlook and the Office plugin (Excel, Word, PPT)
manages to show its icons in 2007, but nothing happens when you click
them.
The best explanation I can give you is that Adobe didn't write the
plugins very well and they are simply incompatible with 2007. We can
only hope that Adobe will fix those issues by the time Office 2007 is
released and no longer in beta. It is not uncommon for an add-in to have
incompatibilities with a newer version of a program, but the Adobe ones
are an exceptional pain.

I'd agree with that. They still haven't even updated their addin for OUtlook 2002 SP3 compatibility.
