Outlook 2007 Beta 2 Crashing When Accessing Rules

I upgraded Office 2003 to Outlook 2007 Beta 2. I'm running Outlook
accessing an Exchange Server 2003. Everytime I click on Rules and
Alerts Outlook crashes. I'm able to access those rules by using another
(Office 2003) machine, just not the one with 2007 Beta 2 installed.
