Ken Ford

When I click Send and Receive I get a Microsoft Office Outlook prompt that
says "not Implemented" and it does not send and receive.

I am running Microsoft Office Diagnostics right now and will post any info
it gives me.

In the mean time does anybody have any suggestions?

Here were the results of the Diagnostics.

Check for known solutions — No solutions found
The Check for Solutions Diagnostic test scanned your system for problems and
checked for known solutions. No known solutions were found.

Memory Diagnostic — No problems found
The Memory Diagnostic test found no problems with your system's memory.

Update Diagnostic — Blocked by privacy settings
The Update Diagnostic test was blocked from running by one of your privacy
settings.

Compatibility Diagnostic — No problems found
The Compatibility Diagnostic test found no compatibility problems.

Disk Diagnostic — No problems found
The Disk Diagnostic test found no problems with your hard disk.

Setup Diagnostic — File corruption or altered file
The Setup Diagnostic test repaired problems with your installation of
Office. Your Office programs should now function correctly.

If Office programs continue to crash, the source of the problem may be a
hardware failure or hardware configuration problem. Review the results of the
other Office Diagnostics tests to determine if a hardware failure is
affecting your installation of the 2007 Office release.

And it seems to have fixed the problem

I end up with the same error on Win XP Pro 32 bit. I am also experiencing
heavy lags and Outlook often falls into an unresponsive state. When I open
task manager it does not show anything out of the ordinary in memory
processes or CPU usage. I am running on 2 Gigs of 3200 memory and an AMD
3200+. I am wondering if Norton maybe the culprit as far as the lag when it
was integrated.
