Outlook 2007 Beta 2 Sync with Mobile Device

I am running Windows Vista Beta 2 - Outlook 2007 Beta 2.

I have imported everything from my old personal folders and have 2 email
accounts setup and downloading email, and everything appears to be working
very well.

When I hook up my Windows Mobile 2003 device it is recognized and it will
allow me to setup sync for files, mobile favorites and notes, but states that
"Outlook has not been configured" to sync contacts, calendar or E-mail.

I have looked for how to configure Outlook 2007 Beta 2 to sync with a mobile
device and can't find how to do that. I specifically want to sync calendar
and contacts with my device.

WM 2003 or WM 2003 SE aren't supported in Vista yet. I understand they will
be by release.
