Outlook 2007 Beta 2: Tablet text insert doesn't work

When using the Tablet in pen mode to insert text either in the main body of
OneNote or in the OneNote search bar, I click on Insert and nothing happens.
The insert function works just fine in other apps (e.g., IE 7, Word, etc.).
Has anybody else experienced similar difficulties?

I have a tablet, and haven't seen this behavior. I've seen instances where
the TIP icon does not show up though.

Here is a similar problem. When I am outlining with ON2007 using the text
input tool, if I start a new
sentence by hitting enter on the tool, then write my text and insert it, it
either inserts the text on a previous line or skips a line and doesn't enter
at all.

In order to properly enter outline or numbering I have to insert text at the
end of an existing line of text then insert cursor betweeen the two line and
press enter with the tool.

Is this a problem with my Motion Tablet or a bug in ON2007?
