Outlook 2007 Beta 2

I believe this maybe a bug but don't know where to submit it. The send a
calendar via E-mail option is very sweet. However, the Show As feature in
the email's are not color coded as Out of Office, busy, or tentative as it
should be. However, there are 2 that do show up in the e-mails. They are
Free and Outside of Working Hours.

Other then that, so far, Outlook 2007 is a nice improvement over previous
versions.

Where are you looking to see the free/busy status? In the HTML message? In the items created by opening the attached calendar?

I was looking in the e-mail itself. Some organizations will not allow to
have attachments so we have to rely on the e-mail contents.

I don't think it's working completely yet. For example, I have an all-day event set up for Friday as out-of-office, but it appears in the mailed schedule message as Free.

You may want to provide feedback through a screenshot with the Send a Smile tool from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=A2E1F4E2-BC0F-4403-B09F-7A677D55F274. This tool will transmit your comments and a screenshot directly back to Microsoft. For more information, see http://spaces.msn.com/turtleflock-ol2007/blog/cns!C1013F1F9A99E3D8!135.entry
