Outlook 2007 Beta - Error message when clicking links

With Outlook 2007 Beta, the following message pops up when a link is clicked
in an email (main, not junk folder):

"This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

This is on a XP Pro (stand-alone, no domain) and I am the admin.
