outlook 2007 beta opens but get error message cannot implement?

Outlook beta was working fine until now. It opens but cannot send or receive
emails. Get error message stating "cannot implement"??? Other office
programs seem to be working. Have already deleted the other office
professional program and run the diagnostic program??
