Hi,
Using Office 2007 Beta TR on 2 machines, Office 2003 on another. No Exchange
involved - straight POP-3 accounts in a home wireless network environment.
I have a problem with one of the Office 2007's in receiving calendar
appointments from the other computers in the home network: they all arrive in
plain text, and not as an appointment. I checked whether the appointment's
senders were sending out in RTF/HTML, and they were. I also checked on the
receiving, faulty Office whether Outlook was set to determine how to receive
items from the senders concerned, and both senders were set to allow Outlook
2007 to determine that on its own. Is there a setting I have missed out on ?
The other 2007 and the 2003 machines can send-receive calendar appointments
without problems. The faulty Office 2007 does receive HTML/RTF emails from
the other machines, without converting to plain text.
Many thanks,
Stijn
