We have a Helpdesk exchange mailbox that users send mail to. I can't seem to
find a way to add multiple mailboxes to my Mail Folders list.
I can open other users folder which takes me to the single folder, eg Inbox
but doesn't give me a list of that mailboxes folders. If I try to add that
mailbox to my profile I get the error that I can't have multiple exchange
mailboxes.
This all worked fine on Outlook 2000 - 2003.
