Outlook 2007 - blocking senders

Trish

Hi, I know how to block a sender. However, I would like to know what happens
if someone on the blocked sender list tries to send an email to someone who
has blocked them. I can't find anything on the help screens about this.
Does the sender of an email get a message saying they are blocked, or does
their email simply disappear? Could someone please tell me what actually
happens? Many thanks.

If you block an address, those emails are delivered to your Junk Email
folder. The original sender is unaware of this.

The senders email is sent, at the recipient end it is either auto deleted or
placed in Junk folder

The sender has no idea that you've blocked their address.
