Outlook 2007 Business contact failed to initialize...

When my computer was going through some upgrades, my Outlook occured some
issues. When I opened my outlook, pop-ups stated that "Business contact
failed to initialize the Common Language Runtime. could not load file or
assembly 'sorttbls.nlp' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find
the file specified." and another stated "The parameter is incorrect." and
it would continue to pop up about 12-25 times. What can I do to solve this
problem?
