Outlook 2007 Calendar crashes when I try to Sync with PocketPC

I'm running VISTA with OUTLOOK 2007 on 2 new Dell Inspiron 9400's. For the
past 6 weeks or so I've been unable to SYNC the Calendar with either my
PocketPC (Windows Mobile 5) or my Nokia E61. Outlook crashes when I try to
Sync & sends info back to Microsof but I haven't seen a solution!
