Outlook 2007 - Calendar issue

If I get a meeting request from a user with a Norway timezone PC, the meeting
displays with the correct time in my calendar view (i.e. UK time) however
when I open it, it shows the orginators time/timezone in outlook 2007.

Is this the kind of bug that is reported?

If not, what could be the reason?
