I use Outlook 2007, and am having difficulty with printing exactly one month
per page. In the File | Page Setup | Monthly Style dialogue box, I have
selected these settings:
Layout: 1 page/month
Boxes checked for "only print workdays" and "print exactly one month per page"
I have reduced the font for date headings and appointments to 8 points
(Times New Roman).
I am also printing the calendar on legal paper.
In spite of these settings, I cannot get exactly one month to print. When I
select, for example, print parameters 02/01/09 through 02/28/09, the printout
contains the last week of January and the first three weeks of February.
When trying to print March 2009 I also receive similar results.
Curiously, I did not have this problem when printing calendars in 2008. It
has only become an issue in 2009. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
