Outlook 2007 Calendar - Only 1 year?

Andy

Is there a setting that I can change to allow the calendar to continue to
show the previous years events? Our users occasionally need to go back to
past appointments to report the time spent on certain projects.

Thanks

Outlook keeps events forever unless you have configured it not to. Check the
autoarchive settings. Right-click Calendar, choose Properties and select the
AutoArchive tab. Disable autoarchive for the folder.

Another possiblility is that you sync with a hand-held device and that's what
is deleting the events.

Thanks for the tip. One thing I noted on a few machines, some of them have
years worth of calendar data that is still preseant and the auto archive is
not disabled. From first glance it looks as though the settings are the same
between the computers. Any idea why one may retain the data and the other
doesn't?

If autoarchive is running, it should remove the non-recurring appointments.
Was the setting in Tools, options, other, autoarchive and on the properties
sheet of the folder (right click on the folder, properties, archive tab) the
same on all machines?

They were the same. "Archive items in this folder using the default settings."
