Outlook 2007 Calendar

We're running Exchange 2007 and still are using public folders. We have a
public folder that is a calendar. A user will update the calendar and change
the color using the category feature. the problem is that others see a
different color.

We had outlook in cached mode so we turned that off, still the same problem.
We went into OWA and everything looks fine under this account but when we're
using Outlook to view the public calendar, the colors are off. any idea why?

Colors for categories are user specific, not universal.
