Outlook 2007; can Meeting Request Replies be turned off by default

We schedule so many meetings in our group, that we have had the Request
Response Replies defaulted to Off in the past. I can't find a way in 2007 to
do that. We want to avoid having to remember to turn it off with every
meeting we schedule.
