I am able to drag a file in Windows Explorer from an open zip file into a new
email, which becomes an attachment to the email.
My co-worker is unable to do the same operation. When she drops a file from
a zipped file onto an email, she receives an error stating "Cannot create
attachment. Cannot implement." She is able to drag an un-zipped file in
Windows Explorer to her email as an attachment without any errors.
I have tested the zip file error with older zip files, as well as a newly
created zip file.
What would be causing the error on her machine, but not mine? Each of us is
running Office 2007. Would this be a security setting issue?
Thanks
