Outlook 2007 - cannot hide archived tasks

I have a few task folders - archive and PocketMirror folders - but I only
really use one task folder. My problem is that they're all showing up in the
calendar. I can turn off the task bar, but would rather hide the other
archive task lists.

I agree here. There should be a way to "only show Tasks from".
For your archive: if these are folders within Outlook then move the archives
to a different PST and detach that PST from Outlook. If they are Tasks
archived by Outlook then detach that archived PST.
I don't know how your Pocket Mirror folders work but I'd suggest seeing if
you could use Outlook's default folders instead.

What about closing your archive .pst file? Most people don't need to keep it open in Outlook.

*light bulb*. The PocketMirror was part of my standard PST file, but I
hadn't thought about archiving it. This works for now, but I'd still like to
figure out how to display only my default task list (as opposed to *all* my
task lists).
